Campus and History

​

  • Beautiful desert property is home to our non-sectarian,  independent private school located in the heart of Paradise Valley, AZ

  • Member of the National Association of Independent Schools, NAIS

  • Established in 1973 by Joani and Mark Share, longtime Director Piya Jacob in partnership with excellent teachers created what we still lovingly refer to as The Desert View Way

 

Enrollment
 

  • 2023-2024—100 students are enrolled in Kindergarten through Fourth Grade

  • Maximum of 22 students per class with an average of 20 students per class

  • One class per grade level
     

Faculty
 

  • 20 faculty members

  • One lead teacher per grade level classroom plus one aide or supporting teacher, with two full-time teachers in Kindergarten

  • 5 special classes teachers include: art, dance, music, physical education, and Spanish

  • 8 after school enrichment classes include: chess, dance, games, arts & crafts, drama, kids club, soccer, and Legos
     

Schedule
 

  • Classes are held Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM except for holidays

  • Enrichment classes are available daily from 2:30 – 3:30 PM at an additional cost

  • School is in session from mid-August through the end of May

 

Tuition
​

  • 2023-2024 Total Tuition - $10,075 

  • Initial Tuition Payment (due in March) - $1,750 

  • Tuition Balance paid over 9 months (September through May) - $8,325

  • Other Fees - $900 ($500 Registration fee due in February + $400 Activity fee due in August)
