DVLC Admissions Process/Timeline
Step 1: Application available Sept 1

Step 2: Complete required Parent Interview/Tour between October 1 and January 29 will be scheduled via link provided though submitted application
Step 3: Teacher Feedback Form
These will be sent directly to the teacher beginning in December
Step 4: Financial Assistance
FACTS application available 12/1 due 2/1
Step 5: Deadline for first round admissions is February 1
All applications, supporting document and tours must be completed/scheduled and financial aid applications submitted
Step 6: First round admissions decisions communicated in late February/early March
Please note we accept applications throughout the year on a rolling basis for potential openings grades 1-4.
2026-2027 Total Tuition - $13,550
Registration fee (due in February) - $500
Initial Tuition Payment (due in March) - $1,850
Tuition Balance paid over 9 months (September through May) - $11,200
Application Details
Families must apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents the ability to track the status of their child's application.
To begin the FACTS Online Application process, Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.
Tour Request
Tours/Interviews for those applying for the upcoming school year are only available once an application is submitted. The link to scheduled will be supplied via the FACTS confirmation email once you have submitted your application. Both you tour and interview will take place on the same day, and all parent(s)/guardian(s) must attend the interview/tour (parents only).
Prospective Student Tours
For students applying for the 2028-2029 Kindergarten class and beyond, we encourage you to attend our Fall or Spring group tour.

Scholarships

Scholarships for tuition are awarded each year based on the financial needs of the families.

Tax credit scholarships are not available to families who accept ESA funds in the same school year. Please contact Lauren Brown to discuss which option might be most beneficial to your family.
